About SCMCCI
South Central Michigan Construction Code Inspections is a governmental entity formed of member townships, cities and villages providing full time, responsive code inspections since 1997. A not-for-profit organization of municipalities, SCMCCI inspections are performed by our full time state registered inspectors with a priority of providing professional service to municipalities across the state.
SCMCCI currently provides these services in seven counties to over fifty municipalities on a next day inspection format. This next day full time service has allowed SCMCCI to grow and is ready to expand to your area to provide your residents with quality, service orientated inspections by full time registered inspectors in each discipline.
